Download the Hong Kong Live-in Caregiver Application Form. 3. When you are finished filling out the application, send it to CFNS. If you want to work in: • Edmonton select the "Send Application to Edmonton" button. • Calgary, select the "Send Application to Calgary" button. • Toronto or Greater Toronto Area select the "Send Application to Toronto/GTA" button.
