Support Services & Placement Fee Dear Caregiver, Welcome to the Canadian Family Nanny Services Inc. (CFNS)! The most reliable and trustworthy overseas placement agency in Canada! We guarantee it! CFNS wants to ensure the hiring process is as smooth as possible.  Below is a summary of the Support Services that we will provide to you: CFNS Support Services Professionally Interviewed Employers – All ‘employers’ are professionally interviewed by CFNS to ensure you are placed in a quality and compatible home, with no surprises. Customized Caregiver Placement – Based on your experience, training, education and personality, CFNS will present you the best family/contract that will truly be the right fit for you! Each family has unique needs, as each caregiver is unique in herself. Let us do the searching and recruiting for you! The One-on-One Approach - You will have the employer's complete time and attention during the interviewing process. Therefore, you do not need to worry about the employer interviewing other caregivers at the same time. Equal Representation – For the Caregiver and the Family. CFNS maintains a high level of support and services to both parties. 3-month In-home Training for Nanny and Employer – To ensure a smooth transition, CFNS will spend the first 3 months conducting follow-ups to see how you’re doing. This will allow us to directly address any questions or concerns you may have. We will also spend time with your employer, guiding them through the training process. GUARANTEE – If you do not remain in the employer’s employment for the first 90 days, CFNS will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement at no extra cost. *Some restrictions do apply Interview Training – As most interviews are conducted over the phone, we want you to ‘showcase’ your best qualities, personality and experiences quickly. CFNS will guide you through what you can expect to be asked, what the employers are looking for and how to present yourself in a professional manner over the phone. Documentation – CFNS will process all required documentation in Canada and assist you with the Canadian Embassy paperwork. Confidentiality – CFNS recognizes when applying for a caregiver position, it requires providing us with confidential information. This information allows CFNS to find the ‘caregiver’ the most compatible and qualified employment contract. CFNS will not pass on, share or sell your information to any third parties for any reason other than those stated previously to fulfill the service to which you have hired CFNS for. Access to Toll Free Number - Once you have signed up with CFNS, you will have access to a toll free number, so you can contact us at our expense. Supporting Websites and Associations – Everything you need to know about the Foreign Live-in Caregiver program, Criteria, Payroll & Tax, Labour Standards, etc. top Agency Placement Fee For Foreign Live-in Caregivers CFNS understands the financial situation in the Philippines is tough; otherwise you wouldn’t leave your home country, family and loved ones.  We know everyone’s situation is different.  Therefore, we are pleased to offer 2 different payment plans.  We do not require you to pay everything upfront.    Our fee structure is based on the following schedule:   FREE:  To apply with our agency.  We recognize there are a lot of choices out there, and want you to be sure you want to be with our agency.  Once you have had a chance to get to know us, experience our outstanding support service; before, during and once work commences, we know you will be excited to be a part of CFNS.   AGENCY DEPOSIT FEE:   Should you wish to register with our agency, a deposit fee is required.  We require this deposit to show good faith that you are committed to us and we are committed to you.  All employers are required to place a deposit as well.  This ensures that everyone is truly serious and committed.  Once the deposit is paid, interviews will be set-up for you.   AGENCY CONTRACT FEE: The second payment is not payable until you have verbally accepted or signed an employment contract between you and your new Employer. CFNS can not start the paper work until this is paid first.   AGENCY PLACEMENT FEE:   The final payment.  CFNS offers 2 options:                                                Option #1: Payable of the remaining amount due upon arrival to Canada. Option #2: Salary Reduction.  This is payable over the FIRST 4 months of work.     Please take the time to fill out the Agency Caregiver Application Form.  If you are residing outside of Canada, please fill in the Hong Kong Live-in Caregiver Application Form. If you are a resident of Canada, please fill in the Local Live-in Caregiver Application Form. This will help us understand what your experience and qualifications are, and enable us to represent and refer you to the most suitable families.
