As you can appreciate, sourcing, screening and hiring the right caregiver for your family may be overwhelming. CFNS wants to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible. Below is a summary of the Support & Services we provide to our famalies.
*Unless specified
Professionally Screened Caregivers – All our caregivers are professionally interviewed exclusively by CFNS, and not through a third party agency. CFNS personally recruits directly from Hong Kong on a regular basis.
Customized Caregiver Placement – Based on your family’s lifestyle, needs and job requirements, CFNS will present you with the best Qualified caregiver for your family. Let us do the searching and recruiting for you!
It’s not about suggesting the next nanny on our list – it is about placing a caregiver that will be a good fit for your family. Each family has unique needs as each caregiver is unique in herself!
Exclusive Access – To all Caregivers being interviewed by the Employer. After you review the caregiver’s application/ bio-data, you can decide whether or not you wish to interview her and we will arrange for a personal interview. You will have the caregiver’s complete time and attention, without worrying if she will be meeting with other families at the same time. This prevents the hiring process turning into a competition/ bidding match between other families who may be looking for the same type of caregiver.
Equal Representation – For the Family and the Caregiver. CFNS maintains a high level of support and services to both parties.
Advertising Guidelines – As part of the Government Foreign program, you must advertise for the live-in caregiver position. We will place and manage the ad on your behalf. *At this time – it is not required in some provinces.
Documentation – CFNS will process all required documentation to HRSDC and assist with the caregiver’s Work Permit application to Canadian Immigration.
Payroll and Tax Deduction Information
Customized Family / Nanny Weekly Schedule – Based on your family’s busy schedule, lifestyle and needs, CFNS will help you implement a weekly schedule that your caregiver can follow so you know how each day will be spent with your children.
3 Month Follow-up – To ensure a smooth transition, we will spend the first 3 months checking in to see how your Nanny is doing and how your children are responding to her. This will allow each party to address any questions or concerns you or your caregiver may have.
GUARANTEE – If the caregiver does not remain in the client’s employment within the first 90 days, CFNS will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement at no extra cost to the client. *Some restrictions apply.
Confidentiality –Information provided by the ‘employer’ to CFNS, will only be used to provide the service hired by the ‘employer’ and for administration purposes.
CFNS will not pass on, share or sell your information to any third parties for any reasons other than those stated previously to fulfill the service to which you have hired CFNS for.
